因應COVID-19國際疫情仍然嚴峻，疫情指揮中心建議外籍人士來台，需配合居家檢疫隔離14天的防疫措施，「學術委員會」決議本年(109)年會邀請二位外賓Prof. John Kolbe(Elect-President, International Society of Internal Medicine)、Dr. Jacqueline Winfield Fincher(President, American College of Physicians)；將以預錄演講影片方式播放，每位外賓演講時間40分鐘，二位外賓演講題目如下，屆時，歡迎會員踴躍聆聽：
